Hi folks!
JoBlo back on line with no sling to restrict my right arm after 3 weeks - wonderful to be free again. The orthopod says to treat it like a normal arm, but it's still healing & does'nt like rotation yet.
However, I am going into Holy Spirit Hospital day surgery next Friday, 19/1 to have my 3 trigger fingers, right hand, of course, released - stitches out in 10 days. I thought I might as well have all the right arm healing at the same time, then I'll be fit as a fiddle again. I went to the gym today to do yoga - went well, some things will take longer to achieve, & it's off to pilates tomorrow. Actually drove the car to the shops this arvo too, & I did up my bra all by myself - smiley, smiley!!
